<<"support and nurturing" that men "give their children" is a result of socialization.>>
So they do it by choice, not because they are required by biology to do it? Sounds pretty darn honorable to me.
<<I wonder how many men share your self-serving ignorance.>>
I'm sure about as many men share my self-serving ignorance as women. Most women I know see things the same way I do, save my daughter, and you. Even my daughter does not see my view as ignorance though, and she's coming around.
<<I would pay$ to see a man be handed a freshly "weaned" infant..and then have to "nurture and support" it until it could stand and walk on it's own.>>
I know a man who is a far better mother to his son than his wacko former wife. So pay me.
Sorry, but your arguments hold no water. If men and women are chained to their biology, then let no woman hunt or fish, let no woman fly a fighter plane or wear a combat uniform and carry a weapon. I believe your views are the result of some very unhappy experience with men, so I don't blame you for them. We are humans. It's true, some men are unfit for nurturing, and some are unfit as human beings. That doesn't extend to all other men, however, any more than it extends to women, who also being human, are subject to the same frailties.
<<Could it be acute Rodham-Bunchitis??>> Surely you refer to Hillary Clinton, the most dangerous woman in America. I don't know this Bunch person. |
