I called Dell regarding the RDRAM memory in the three P4 systems listed on their web site. The 1.5GHz system is indeed PC800. The two 1.4GHz systems are PC600. The upgrade charge to go from 128MB PC600 to 128MB PC800 is $100. The upgrade charge to go from 128MB PC600 to 256MB PC800 is $440. The upgrade charge to go from 128MB PC600 to 256MB PC600 is $240.
