SEHO just filed an SEC Form RW. This is a request to withdraw the SB-2 registration statement of 1-16-2004. The SB-2 was issued to register 12,957,709 shares.

I don't know if the overhang of this caused the recent run to falter in the .75 cent area, but it is gone for now.
