I just don't think it'll matter that much. If anyone wants to fudge a test it'll get fudged.

IMO the Federal Govt. is just completely incompetent. Better than the State Govts., but not by much.

It'd just be one more thing for somebody to pay for in taxes or purchase price.

The review belongs in ConsumerReports.org.(For individuals only. Corporations which aren't capable of figuring this *STUFF* out for themselves should contract out their IT departments, IMO.)

With Apps. designed to run in and out of cache. Some small apps. with big data sets and with small. Some big apps. with little data sets and with big.

For Tim Fowler. One accepted standard. Hook the watt meter up to the input cord and watch the dials go around. It'll vary depending on the software run. Report as above.
