John, i think they are making up a lot of those numbers. Maybe those guys are really smart and have an idea of future supply and demand, but when they start thinking they can predict the average price of oil 20 years from now... well, i'll bookmark this post and we can check in 2020 and see if they were right.<g>

EIA projects a barrel of crude will average $19.11 in 2002, $21.48 in 2015 and $22.32 by 2020 in 1996 inflation-adjusted dollars.
