VLNC-4.8 million shares of overhead beginning at 12.18....would sell it on first hint of momentum breakdown beginning in this area to the 12.75 area...chart was reading about a 2 1/2 dollar move to 12.50...measurements were 8.50 by 10.50....Add 2.00 to 10.50 for 12.50...
