Uh, the 30 year auction came right after Obama made a speech on his 3.55 TRILLION dollar budget for this year. CNBC carried it live. American retail folks may have been suckered in by his talk of saving 17 billion but it appears bond buyers were more interested in the remaining $3.55 TRILLION he wants to borrow. That dog won't hunt! 3.55 trillion seconds is 112,569.7 years.
