I want to confirm what I saw speculated on the old board here in past weeks and days.....i.e. that I have been told by someone who communicated via e-mail with an investor relations rep at MRVC, and they (MRVC) say their ANN on Tues this week "MRV Announces Shipment of Wireless Optical Transceivers" is a product they are supplying to TeraBeam.

Statement also was that their confidentiality agreement w/ TB precluded them from an external announcement of the customer identity.

Just so you all know, I talked to Diana Hayden at MRVC Investor Relations yesterday. I told her I was confindent that I knew who the wirelss optical transceivers were going to. I never said who I thought it was and she offered up: "It's TeraBeam."

We also talked about the IPO situation. She said they would likely have at least one, possibly as many as three, in the second half of the year. I asked what investment banks they were talking with and she said she couldn't reveal the names, but they are "first tier".
