rumor has it, wrong way Ralph A. says the bottom is in..I moved a few funds to cash<g>..DD PS: saw SLB got an upgrade to the highest rating-and is down,integrateds weakening late in the day,financials down,CSCO and GE down, don't think I'm convinced the bottom is in,,looks like speculation..Bio's are up
