I guess I just want to contrast ATCO's PRs with reality. In 2004, you could say ATCO's outlook was even more favorable than it is today (based on its PRs). I can recall when ATCO boasted of their 12,000 HSS "orders," but we all know how that turned out. Posting this 2004 article was just my way of saying they were full of sht back then, and they're even more full of sht today. Every ATCO PR has to be taken with a grain, uh, I mean a truck load of salt.
