Talked to a customer yesterday whose Dad has bought 3 condos from us..Son says Dad(72) has no dollars and he has to have some legal action done for him because Dad keeps buying stuff.. Real shame.. Meanwhile not an hour after son begging me to let them out of contract Dad goes into sales office trying to buy another Condo..He has put 10 percent (approx 16K) down on each one..
