This is a more positive note on Hong Kong market.

In the July issue "Global Research Review" by Merrill Lynch,
p. 36, there is a table for global allocation, 'Global Equity
Allocation Table.' This table gives Merrill Lynch's opinion on
equity allocation in various markets. In the table, 'Neutral'
is 1.00, 'Overweight' > 1.00, 'Underweight' < 1.00.

From that table

Markets Overweight/
Underweight
------- -----------

US 0.80

Hong Kong 1.47
Taiwan 0.90
China 1.34
Korea 1.04
Thailand 1.31

With a 1.47 factor for HK, Merrill recommends more money be
allocated in the Hong Kong market.
