*****TA Update(intra-day)*****

The markets are basically flat this morning, with the Nasdaq a/d at 14/13, and the up/down volume at 16/13, which are just slightly positive.

The earnings for Yahoo and Motorola met expectations but YHOO anticipates slow revenue growth for the next 2 quarters. It will be interesting to see if the market can shrug off this fundamental news and if the Nasdaq can rally for the 3rd day in a row.

The Nasdaq TRIN is a mildly positive .86 and the 60 minute is crossed up (negative) while the 30 minute stochastic is flat and not crossed.

Resistance is at 2574 and 2644, while the prior low of 2273/2288 looms below and may need to be retested. Another downdraft may still be in the wings for the Nasdaq, before a firm bottom can be established.
