At N+I ALA folks indicated that they were reviewing final drafts of a cross-licesne with AMTX. ALA wants to see DMT unified and interoperable. Once the ALA/AMTX deal happens, ALA would be the third source of AMTX chipsets. <<Is it possible that AMTX will be shut out the North American market?>> Other than GTE and MCI I'm not sure AMTX has any solid prospects in North America.
