THread, Dell's New Plant They start the new plant now..they really are copying cpq on their palnt campus alittle. The 540 acre site gets a new server plant. They have a server they call high end but it's not quite higher end. anyway..it's a server they can get 100k for. Dell's demand is fine. The stk will pull back bec. of wallst worries. Their demand is fine. It's like the early days of Cpq..Our growth was 100% and it slowed to 75% and the street cut our stk in half. So, dell's growth is going to shrink alittle but count on the street over reacting to stk price. They wouldn't be starting a new plant if demand wasn't just booming.. trust me....I mean by what real people call booming... the wallst nerdo's think you are going to declare bankruptcy in 12 months if your growth goes from 100% to 75%..let me tell you..I've been there.
