There are so many stocks under $5 and under $10 now that I can't possibly believe that funds buy or sell in just terms of those numbers. And considering that the article I posted says that funds are buying LU sub $5, it tells me that it's all BS. In no fund prospectus have I ever read such a thing and if that was true there would be some record of it somewhere. JMHO.
