Taken together with the announcement of the Small Pox Vaccination Program, reuters.com the subject reserve call-up reuters.com gives investors a sense of increasingly imminent danger approaching. With the economic impact of the September 11 attack on our homeland still fresh in everyone's minds, it is difficult for this investor to believe that many will support much of a stock market rally in the near term.
