Sufficiently unconcerned so that the foreign ownership issue will not be part of the Supreme Court's deliberations. It is waived. Gone. Irrelevant. Sayonara. Not worth talking about any longer.

The FCC was obviously unconcerned about those details other than the ownership issue which they were happy to resolve by way of NextWave making a plan to correct the position.
