Personally i will vote for bush because of his understanding of how 9/11 changed things. It is that realism that attracts me to him because i felt exactly that way on that day and i continue to. I would be very wary of wilsonian rhetoric. We are not only the worlds only superpower, we are the worlds only power. But if we use that power unwisely we will earn the emnity of the world and bankrupt ourselves in the process. We must fight when our national interest is at stake. That does not mean that we become rome and send our troops anywhere and everywhere albeit based on noble principles. A religious president is one thing but an evangelical one is quite another. Personally i think bush comes from the realist school and uses the big language to gain popular support. Mike
