Yes, and the mayor should have been Hung for not using the buses he had on hand. That Evacuation although blamed on George Bush was the responsibility of the Mayor of NO and the Governor, both of whose efforts make George look like a hero. As Bill Clinton said..... There is plenty of blame to go around. the mayor didn't evacuate everyone because he wanted inter city buses brought in and didn't use the Buses he lost in the ensuing flood. CNN showed rows and rows of buses submerged after the flood, that sat idle while the Mayor called for buses for evacuation.
