To verify your identity. I entered my 2019 info at first,
but it didn't match. Then they asked if I filed 2019 yet,
which I had.
It suggested that my 2019 was not yet processed, and
I should try entering my 2018 tax info.
When I entered 2018 info it accepted my bank info immediately.
