Poor try. In the quarter ended 3/31, index and closet index funds, who buy stocks exclusively or principally on a mechanical basis, had to buy those stocks that were bid up on buying mania. It is a double edge sword. The mechanical buy decisions become mechanical sell decisions when the market cap begins to fall, if it does. VLNC's market cap has fallen on the order of 60%. That would be one reason why block money flow has been negative.

Those who try to refute the fact of recent negative money flow with 1st quarter institutional interest statistics are doing what they accuse larry brubaker of, looking in a rear view mirror. Block money flow has been negative. It is a fact. Anyone who tries to represent otherwise is misrepresenting or is grossly ignorant - or both.

So gary lie po smith, do you have any idea what you are saying? Would you like to refute negative recent money flow with 3/31 information again? These funds likely have not ridden VLNC down 60% from 40 as you have. Restraints? Not a bad idea. Start with your mouth so you don't repeat saying anything stupid. ; )
