Ben Barnes said on Monica Crowley's show:

And [the Bush story] is what he's leading the book off with. ... He denied this to me in 2000 that he did get Bush out [of Vietnam service]. Now he's saying he did.


What a big surprise! Did the guy do it for political reasons? What was my first clue? Sometimes, Jozef, for a smart man, you can look pretty foolish.

Do I think he lied? Nope. I think that's the way things were done in TX.......the good ole boy network.......at least back then. Our history books are replete with that kind of garbage.
