Tom,

Let me qualify my previous statement. I meant to say I question the intelligence of anyone supporting Gore after seeing his busload of lawyers trying to hijack/steal this election. Nobody who is intellectually honest can claim that hand counting ballots in select Dem strongholds is fair. All or none should be the order of the day, barring any machine failure or fraud which we did not have.

As for the wealthy getting wealthier, it is a problem and to some extent it is to be expected. Many people do not have money out of sheer ignorance, believe it or not. I firmly believe that if the wealth was to be redistributed equally among everyone in the USA, in 20 years we would still see 1% control 40% of the wealth. People make decisions to spend their money on cigarettes or stocks; no government program will correct this.

I am 29 years old, have never made more than $30,000 a year, and yet almost passed the million dollar mark this past year. I also recognize the importance of helping others when possible, and commend you for doing that. Personally, I am looking into building schools in 3rd world countries once the Nasdaq(and my stocks) rise again. But to claim that Gore will alleviate the wealth gap is naive IMO, especially since many of Gore's supporters are in facts very wealthy themselves. Gore has neither the honesty nor the integrity to be President, again IMO.

Regards,

Brian
