Well Hugh let me respond.... to Mike Gold post as follows:

John, some Medinah longs have been selling recently as their patience with the company has simply run out....probably explains most of the recent decline.

Well, methinks that is true to an extent.

Regarding the short position....the audit only showed an estimate of the short position as of the dividend date. My notes from the AGM-short position between 10 to 30 million-"closer to 30" as of May.

O kay I am still with YA. Mike you state above the audit only showed an ESTIMATE of the short position. Did the company do an estimate or an actual forensic audit of the short position? There is a big difference between an ESTIMATE and an actual AUDIT.

It does go up and down.

Still here

A few shareholders at the meeting who are very good at watching the tape believe shorting has been continuing unabated since that time so that the actual short position could be much higher.

LOL, still with ya however here is where we differ. Wouldn't it be funny if the insiders held trading accounts over seas in their names or nominees AND THEY WERE THE ONES SHORT?

I know, get the company to announce the results of their forensic audit. Now I assume they had a reputable firm such as Price Waterhouse perform this audit, an internal company audit may not be believable

Mike Morrison-attorney has 100 public companies as clients-most of which have a problem with shorts.

Wow, Mike must be an attorney to the who's who of the Fortune 500 companies

He says that the short position with Medinah is the largest he has ever seen....

That's kind of like that old commercial for E F Hutton, remember it...........

EF Hutton says........ and the room goes silent........

well Mike Morrison says "that the short position with Medinah is the largest he has ever seen" thus someone in the company or at the very least a professional paid by the company (Mike Morrison) knows what the short position is; so my suggestion is to have the company release their forensic audit and lets put this to bed once and for all................

Now if Mike Morrison actually made the statement and it were untrue would he not be subject to disciplinary action by the body governing attorney's in the State of Nevada?????

So Mike did the company do a forensic audit or an estimate as you suggest above?????????

SO SHAREHOLDERS IF THE COMPANY ONLY PERFORMED AN ESTIMATE AS MIKE GOLD SUGGESTS ABOVE THEN THE SHORT POSITION THEORY IS ALL..........................

BULL DUNG, NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS
