Hi Patron: I may not have expressed myself on this. IMO the NGD combination positions the company to be in much better shape and I believe (we'll know the end of next week) the merger is just putting a lid on the stock price until its completed. I was just surprised to receive a few calls to vote (which I normally don't receive, nor would have bothered to do, fortunatley I hadn't thrown out the documents). I think people only have till Monday to vote with the meetings next Wednesday and Thursday. This company has great potential. Just needs about 3 more years to pan out. Tim
