Iraq so far has cost us more than either Germany or Japan under the Marshall Plan ---- in constant dollars. Germany was bombed to smithereens, Japan was nuked.

This is just so far and Iraq isn't rebuilding, it's still being destroyed. In addition to this alarming idea, Iraq has about 1/3rd of the population that these countries had.

Republicans are hugely incompetent.
Republicans are a fiscal disaster.....send in the FEMA bankers and maybe some NGOs to provide financial literacy training for Republicans.
