Teflon, lets see if MSFT turns around by the end of the day---last half hour to be precise.

Some of the selling may have been due to a story that a settlement is not expected before the re-start of the trial. However, that is not a surprise as no one expected a deal that soon anyways. MSFT's strategy is PR at this point. The serious negotiations should start after the rebuttal phase. Their lawyers are too busy working on the witnesses to have serious time to negotiate at this point. So a story like this should surprise no one. That is why I think the stock comes back by the end of the day if the Nasdaq does as well.
