CHIP - LS Capital Corporation Retains Denham & King, PLLC to Pursue Full House
Litigation

DUBLIN, Ireland, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- LS Capital Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: CHIP) announced today that it has retained the law firm
of Denham & King, PLLC of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, to represent LS Capital
as claimants against Full House Resorts, Inc. (Nasdaq: FHRI) over a proposed
casino venture in Biloxi, MS.
The original lawsuit was commenced by LS Capital in 1994 and resulted in
the trial judge awarding a summary judgment to the defendants in March 1996.
LS Capital was subsequently successful in an appeal to the Mississippi
Intermediate Appeals Court which reversed the original trial court decision
related to Full House in April 1998.
Earl Denham of Denham & King stated, "The Court of Appeals has ruled that
LS Capital's claims of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty
asserted against Full House are sufficient to warrant a jury trial. We intend
to proceed aggressively and are confident of a positive outcome at trial."
Updates on the progress of the litigation will be announced as
appropriate.
