Ramsey, yes, but: for in-building penetration, Globalstar can't do the job. So terrestrial services combined with Globalstar in RadioOne devices is the way to go. But it'll take time - for a start, there is the minor matter of Globalstar's bankruptcy. Then some device development will be needed and upgrades to the old-style CDMA of Globalstar at gateways.
