well pearly, in that it was revealed by the person who debriefed sadam that he did all he could to convince all he had WMD specifically as a bluff and he had hitler zeal to use the people and logistics he possessed to create them as soon as it was safe, I would say the possible 500 trillion dollar future liability threat does make clear the extreme value and reasonableness in removing sadam and creating a garden of democracy in Iraq.
