In government positions in Isra-El, Arabs are excluded by and large from working in government positions. Little money is spent on Arab Israeli neighborhoods, schools and infrastructure per Friday's (August 9, 2002) Wall Street Journal. p. A6.

Public housing = .3% vs. 99.7% for Jewish Isra-Elis
Housing Units planned = 2.3% vs. 97.7% for Jewish Isra-Elis
Government jobs = 5.7% vs 94.3% for Jewish Isra-Elis
Directors of gov't owned co.s = 3.3% vs 96.7% Jewish Isra-Elis

Percentage of budget for Arab communities:

Agriculture & Farming = 12.7%
Sports activities = 6.3%
Transportation = 4.7%
Cultural activities = 4.1%
Industrian zones = 3.4%
Sewage systems = 3.1%
Housing = 2.6%
Tourism = 1.6%
R & D = 0.8%

The only democracy in the Middle East???
