No that was Bush.

Bush was supposed to be a caretaker President. Nothing major to accomplish, just pass some tax cuts and hold office until a more capable republican came along. His father's buddies would make sure he didn't get in over his head.

But 9/11 came along and all of a sudden we had to rely on a boy to do a man's job. Of course he wasn't up to the task ... George has never been up to the task, whatever the task at hand happened to be; it is his defining characteristic.

His performance during the debates showed that George is still not a man, he is a petulant child who cries and screams when things don't go his way.

We need a man in the oval office, not a boy.
