Got thru to tech support and they said it's not all users. They've been working on it all morning. I can only access thru Schwab and it's not my set up. Pain in the ass. You are one of the lucky ones. Had busy signal for an hour, maybe more before I finally got a techie. Not a happy camper this morning.
