Yes, and I bet most NH voters never heard this. I am not talking about what his record is, I am talking about what his campaign says his position is. If asked about the above he would probably say he has changed his mind. If you look up the several web sites which will select a candidate based on your views, and you select the most conservative view on every topic, McCain is likely the candidate that will be offered as the candidate that match's your view. It's total BS of course.
