Mike, Lot's of things are no longer going to happen. People aren't going to be retiring at 40. Or at 66, for that matter. The kids ain't getting diddly and they'd better learn some skills. College educations? Think ITT Tech. Learn a trade, don't learn to trade. Real estate will crash, though the bubble will continue for awhile. I'm even betting on a soybean oil crash, er, crush, soon. <G>
