Chief, what are your thoughts on the "flavour" of the final drive to the top of K2? Seems that smaller cap stocks (Russell 2000) are now starting to break out a bit vs SPX and the semis (the previous leaders) are lagging a bit. Could it be like the final phase of commodity bulls where the penny dreadfulls go nuts?
