Here is the latest update on buying and selling by the 10 largest institutional owners of Westell during the June quarter:

Net purchases by 4 funds of 1,932,283 shares (owning 3,244,838 shares or 7.9% of shares outstanding -- a net 795.0% increase from their previous holdings)

Net sales by 1 fund of 16,100 shares (owning 1,482,670 shares or 3.6% of shares outstanding -- a 1.1% reduction of their holdings.)

Institutions now own 53.5% of Westell shares.
