Hey Rande, The terms on the RDOCW have changed...exp date remains the same at 11-19-2001 but the strike price is now $2.87 at which time 1 warrant & $5.74 will convert into 2 common...I just got that info from RDOC I.R....I'm currently taking my second ride in RDOCW... Chris
