LOL. No, it isn't. Your Bush is a fabrication of K. Rove that you bought hook, line and sinker. I know, I know........the tax cuts really helped with that 'fishy' process.

In any case, these NG memos are the closest I've seen us to get to the truth of the man. And if we dig deeper, it won't get any prettier.
