Something I get the feeling I am supposed to mention as a talking point, though not related to the current Canada-India issues. During the evaluation of what to use there was a comment that a vendor was a sales requirement. I don't think I responded to the comment though I did walk into the Vice President of Sales office and ask him if the sales requirement was true, he said it was not. This vice president's niece(?) was also highly trained, though she was not the person referred to by the comment "she is doing the wrong thing" that bothered me enough to write and inquire about what they do.
