Guess what, now we know why the rights were trading at such a premium - ie someone was willing to pay up to 4x the rights price of $0.25 to $0.30 = $1-$1.20 plus $3.00, a total of $4 to $4.20 to get a share when the market price was $3.70.

I think the only logical explanation is that AML want more than 62% of ACA post financing shares and were buying up the rights big time - very interesting.
