Jon, OK, here it is. TMA is the target of AVNT in the Jan 15 vote by both companies. TMA is worthless without the takeover and has little more value on its own. The stock (TMAI) trades with AVNT and had a recent spike up along with AVNT. The deal may not go through which would make TMAI stock in the sub $1 range or real value. If the deal goes through the holders get AVNT stock that is declining in value and probably will be sold immediately. The market has discounted the price of TMAI stock since the merger/buyout announcment. CDN was partnering with TMAI until the merger announcment and CDN shut them off. Does anyone want to step up to the plate for a double? It might be a strike out or you could get called on balls. This is such an interesting stock. Coz
