I think Bush and the neocons have bought into the idea that the rule of law makes us look weak. To me, the rule of law is what MAKES America. The terrorists are the ones that play without rules - the support we get and the people of the world's support FOR us comes from the fact that we play BY the rules.

The Bush admin. puts this at risk. THAT's unAmerican.
