Are you saying that Micron has no 64Mbit DRAM in production?
If so, check out:

It says they are shipping. How big an order they take is
another matter.

I agree with Larry in that the bleeding edge of technology is
not a good place to be for a long time. Where the market is now
is where a DRAM manufacturer needs to be. The market will only
take on a new generation if it needs it. The main memory market
,PCs, don't need 64MB of RAM yet. Win95 doesn't even utilize
more than 64MB. Like anything over 32MB was wasted on Win 3.1.
But WinNT can utilize all memory given it. How many of you use WinNT?
The high volume market is where they make money. The latest
and greatest gizmo is just PR.

The memory manufacturers can't control the market. That is left to
Intel and Microsoft.
