I tell you one thing I did this week. Locked in my mortgage. Got a 5 year at 3.89%...coming from a variable of prime - .75 which was 2 1/4. Hard to say if its the right move but I'm done gambling with it... Even a double A designation in the states and rates rise.... Carney was hawkish last meeting as well... An extra four bills a month buys me 5 years of peace...
