I'm not "fooling" anyone, and I don't want your shares. I have spoken
to two individuals who are close to the company and in a postion to
know what happened. These people did not want to be quoted. As such,
perhaps I shouldn't have posted it at all except that some of the
people on this thread have been hanging out here with me for months
and I wanted to let them know what I've been told.

Since I'm not going to state my source, it comes down to a matter of
my own personal credibility. The people that I am interested in telling
this to should have a feel for that. The people that would question
it are not people I know well enough to care what happens.

The first question can only be answered by calling people, the second
you should already know if you've read the thread since it's pretty
much established as fact. And yes, I used to speak with the company
on roughly a weekly basis for the 7 months my investment group owned
some of this stock.
