Do the complete opposite of what the so called experts say to do. Get morning sun, No sun tan lotion, no contact lenses, no sun glasses, no vaccines, no LED lights. Daytime open window to let in red and infrared light. Never work out in a blue lit gym. Do not use solar panels near home, wear leather sole shoes to ground, Night time shut off Wi FI have kill switch to turn off all electric power going into bedroom totally blacken. Use CT and breathing
