I think its good for NGD but only when they receive the permits. There was another nice comment in their.

"Meanwhile restricted cyanide deliveries due to supplier production issues are expected to lead to delayed oxide gold production from the Peñasquito heap leach in the second half of the year."

I guess cyanide is in shorter supply.
