IFR: you must look at their presentation.
There no dispute that they hav esome ownership in a hot area.
BUT, i do not believe that anyone has started to drill on their properties yet.
The drilling is near or adjacent to their proprties.
No royalties yet.
If ROSE hits, IFR will go up due to an area play, not because of royalties.
That is my Take.
